Fee Infrastructure

A Fixed Fee is a set, upfront price agreed upon for a specific scope of legal work.

An Engagement Agreement will be provided which explicitly lists the legal pathway and tasks that are required for each work scope.

If the pathway deviates (for various reasons) or if further work is required - a new Engagement Agreement will be provided.

This means that at all times, you will know what work is being done and how much the work will cost.

Alchemy is unique in that telephone conversations or general ‘debrief’ emails, do not incur additional fees.

We also have the facility to respond to urgent legal matters and are conscientious in a ‘delay-free’ policy.
